A journalist, educator and retired colonel of the Brazilian Air Force, Francisco Garonce in his career served as a search and rescue captain and was selected to integrate the Brazilian special group of aviation. He is director of education at the National Traffic Dept. in Brazil. He earned a degree in social communication and master’s and doctorate degrees in education at Brasilia University.
